Our Board of Trustees oversees and guides the long-term strategies for the ongoing success of Lexington County Public Library. They embrace our commitment to enhancing our communities through their time, their insight and their dedication. There are nine voting members on the board who advocate for library services and are responsible for approving policies and budget requests.
Dedicated to advancing and enhancing our communities, our library staff is committed to inspiring lifelong learning and providing access to information and resources for all.
Libraries need Friends — it’s just that simple. Friends of the Library are ardent library supporters who work to enhance the mission of the library by raising awareness and financial support through donations.
