Friends of Gilbert-Summit Branch Library
Make a Great Library Better
Friends of Gilbert-Summit Branch Library is a nonprofit organization, governed by a Board of Trustees, whose mission is to support Gilbert-Summit Branch Library by raising awareness and financial support. Philanthropic support from our generous donors has enabled Lexington County Public Library to establish innovative programs that have a huge impact on the life of our community. While public funding supports basic library operations, private support helps to ensure a higher level of service both now and in the future. It’s what makes a great library even better.
