Event Details

Fear, worry and stress are normal responses to perceived or real threats — and at times when we’re faced with uncertainty. So it’s normal and understandable that people are experiencing fear during the COVID-19 pandemic. Added to the fear and worry over the virus are the significant changes to our daily lives. Faced with new realities of working from home, temporary unemployment, home-schooling of children, and lack of physical contact with other family members, friends and colleagues, it’s important that we look after our mental and physical health.

Discover tools and techniques that can help you cope with stress, manage anxiety and stay healthy. It will make you, the people you care about and your community stronger. Presented in partnership with Mental Health America of South Carolina.
