Yep, you can still use Libby without downloading an app by visiting libbyapp.com. You can also checkout materials using your web browser and going directly to OverDrive.
Libby: 10 items at a time
Hoopla: 4 items per month
RBdigital: unlimited number of magazine titles and issues
There are no late fees for digital content. Digital titles are automatically returned with Libby and Hoopla — but you can return titles early with both apps. Returning titles early (in Libby) allows other patrons to access the material and keeps you from reaching the maximum checkout limit. Read more about returning items in Libby »
