Prepare a dish from one of our cookbooks and bring it in to share as we learn about different cultures, discuss cooking tricks and techniques, ingredient substitutions and more. Bringing a dish is encouraged but not required. For Oktoberfest, we’ll bake a Bavarian-inspired dish to share as we learn more about German and Bavarian cultures. (ages 18+)
