Prepare a dish from one of our cookbooks and bring it in to share as we learn about different cultures, discuss cooking tricks and techniques, ingredient substitutions and more. Bringing a dish is encouraged but not required. We’re celebrating the holiday season by sharing festive dishes from around the world. It’s a delicious way to learn about holiday traditions in different countries. (ages 18+)
