Can’t Find It?

Can’t find it? Try interlibrary loan.

Would you like for us to get it on interlibrary loan? Interlibrary loan is when the Lexington County Public Library System does not own the item you need and borrows it from another library system. The process can take approximately a week but may take a month or more. Most general fiction and non-fiction books can be borrowed. Audio-visuals can usually be borrowed, although some libraries do not lend these items. A few libraries will lend their genealogy materials, but most libraries will make photocopies of these types of materials. Some libraries do charge for making copies. You can place an interlibrary loan request at any branch or use the form below. To offset the price of postage, the Library charges a fee of $2.50 for each interlibrary loan request.

  • ‎Identify alternative approaches to health care and wellness, focusing on perspectives of complementary, holistic and integrated health
